Cedral isn't always my favorite dive site in Cozumel, the topology just isn't as stunning as many of the surrounding reefs. All that being said, if you want to see turtles, its a pretty good bet you will find at least a few hawksbill turtles munching on the many sponges in the area. The angelfish (french and queen) are never too far away, hoping for a free meal.
